Weiss uses the email and password you registered with - there's no separate account number or username field reported by any source we checked. If the login screen rejects a correct-looking password, an old autofill entry saved by your browser is the most common cause.
If verification is holding your account
Several reviews note that Weiss requires KYC verification before a first withdrawal clears - normal practice, but it means a login that works fine for play can still show a blocked cashout until documents are checked. See withdrawal times for what that process typically involves.
